About Teacher Apprenticeship Network
The Teacher Apprenticeship Network (TAN) is New Jersey’s statewide intermediary transforming how school districts recruit, train, and retain educators. Through registered apprenticeship, pre-apprenticeship, and AmeriCorps-aligned pathways, TAN creates high-quality, workforce-integrated routes into the teaching profession. Our model is rapidly expanding across New Jersey, and we are building a leadership team capable of sustaining and scaling this work with excellence.
